Job Duties
- Solicit Customers Base Acquisition and enlarge Customer Portfolio Growth of Wealth Management Business Strategies for high net worth clients
- Participate in Business Growth, Client Servicing, Marketing, Investment Analysis, Product Development functions
- Plan / Formulate / Implement customer journey strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of high net worth Clients Base coverage and Business as well as Market Share
- Oversee competitive customer segmentation analysis to support business on marketing activities, portfolio management for Retail Banking Business and drive new development projects
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Finance / Marketing / Business Administration / Economics
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and business planning targeting for increasing high net worth clients base in wealth management products selection and services from Retail Banking Sector is a MUST
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to relate to people at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
