Our client, a Chinese based Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Manage data analytics framework for CRM programs and customer segmentation
- Produce comprehensive data analysis reports and collaborate with business units to maximize data effectiveness
- Utilize big data technologies to uncover business insights, support decision making processes and recommendations
- Work closely with the business to drive campaign lead generation and monitor performance
- Support daily operation of the CRM program and its automation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, information management or related field
- At least 4 years in data analytics and CRM background, preferrable in banking & finance or insurance industry
- Prior experience in the insurance business
- Proficiency in scripting - Python
- Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese
