- Conduct system analysis, development, and provide operational support
- Provide daily end-user support for application usage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Web technologies, ReactJS, and Python
- Knowledge of SAS and data analytics is an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and processes with minimal supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
