Data & Market Insights Manager, Regional – Premium Brand (Ref. No: 27659)

Our client, a leading premium appliance brand, is seeking a high-calibre individual for this position

Job Duties

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all customer, market, and sales data topics within the cluster, managing end-to-end performance tracking of marketing activations and investments.
  • Partner closely with the Category Marketing and Brand, Media & Communications teams to integrate data and insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Translate market data and consumer insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer targeting and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Continuously improve data quality and processing by establishing consistent feedback loops with business units, global functions, and external data sources.
  • Oversee all cluster data activities, including managing market-level demands, and local data quality monitoring through dashboards.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in insights, data analytics, market research, or a similar role, preferably within a premium brand environment.
  • Strong, current knowledge of data and insights best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, leadership, and networking skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Results-driven, with a consumer-centric mindset and a strong commercial orientation.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills and the ability to navigate complexity.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders beyond direct reporting lines; outstanding communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • International mindset, with mobility and willingness to travel.
