DCM Manager / Senior Manager (HK$40K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 27010)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Structuring and executing debt financing transactions, including bond issuances, syndicated loans, and other debt instruments.
- Analyzing market trends and providing insights to clients on optimal financing strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as risk management, legal, and compliance to ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market developments and advising clients on potential opportunities and risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
