Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsible for the management of the company’s cloud platform including implementation and operational support to ensure highly reliable cloud platform and to meet the service level agreement for the company
Responsible for team and vendor management to ensure the quality of services and deliveries including the planning, coverage and execution on the operation, enhancement and implementation of cloud platform and related infrastructure components
Manage to ensure the implementation and operation of cloud platform complied with internal policy and procedure, audit, regulatory and compliance requirements
Manage the implementation and execution of processes and standards to optimise the use of cloud service and the effective of cloud operation
Manage to review cloud environment and related operation proactively, and seek the continuous improvement opportunities on cloud platform with planning and execution
Manage the operational risk to ensure the system change, incident and problem on cloud platform have being reviewed, assessed and manageable
Manage the operational budget and procurement handling (such as RFQ/RFP, contract, etc.) of the cloud platform including the cost of system operation, maintenance, service supports, enhancement, evergreen, etc.
Manage to collaborate and work closely with internal teams such as application, risk and security teams to understand the requirements in order to provide the solutions or enhancements on the cloud platform
Responsible for operational / implementation planning and reporting including operational, implementation and continues improvement planning, management reporting such as regular management reporting, new initiative or planning, SLA reporting, incident and risk assessment, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

University degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 10 years at managerial level
Strong experience in managing the operation of enterprise system infrastructure platform is mandatory and cloud management platform is preferable
Strong experience in team, vendor, resource, budget management
Technical troubleshooting management skill in a complex infrastructure or cloud platform environment
Knowledge on private / public cloud, Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, Python, related tools and scripts skills are preferable
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
Good analytical, presentation, documentation and report writing skills
Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
