Deskside Support Specialist – Bank (HK$45K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 26703)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

To perform daily system administration and support on Deskside products
To provide technical evaluation and recommend solutions, mainly on Microsoft Windows platform, for Deskside and/or security related requirements
To conduct testing and verification as when necessary
To help on daily Deskside and Endpoint Security tasks and project implementation as when required

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Over 8 years’ experience in IT sector of which at least 5 years in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support and maintenance
Solid experience in endpoint security products / solutions
Strong technical skills on Windows environment, Deskside hardware and software
Experience in patch management, Group Policy, Windows and Mac OS is preferable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferable
