Deskside System Engineer – Bank (HK$50K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 26716)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

To ensure the desktop & endpoint configuration standard compliance in the Bank
Assist Technical Services Manager for project management on projects related to Deskside rollout and new solution implementation
Support execution of security patch installation and software update
Provide support for troubleshooting of Windows 10 technical issue
Handle workstation vulnerability scanning and follow up action
Respond and handle security agents like Anti-virus, EDR, SOC
Prepare regular report on KRI, DLP, etc

Job Requirements

University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in support Microsoft Windows desktop platform, with experience in banking and financial institute preferred
Knowledge and hands-on experience in patch management system such as SCCM or WSUS or relevant system
Experience on using PowerShell scripting or batch
Certification holder of related Microsoft and ITIL qualification will be an added advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
