Emerging Markets Fixed Income Analyst (HK$40K - $50K) (Ref. No.: 27816)
Our client, a Chinese Asset Manager, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Conduct macro analysis for emerging market countries, develop investment recommendations related to emerging markets fixed income investments.
- Work with portfolio manager to efficiently manage bond and derivative positions;
- Use fixed income analytics tools to analyse portfolios;
- EM debt portfolio risk monitoring;
- Develop and maintain EM macro and markets monitors;
- Collect market colour and dynamics and timely share with the team;
- Prepare portfolio performance/attribution reports for PM.
Job Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from top-tier universities;
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in fixed income and derivative analytics;
- Familiar with pricing, risk parameter calculation, P&L calculation of local market FX and rates instruments;
- Familiar with portfolio management system (e.g. Bloomberg PORT/AIM system);
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, close attention to detail;
- Demonstrate the capacity to work in a team environment, on collective success;
- Proficiency in Excel, Python/R, and other data analytics tool;
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
