ESG Credit Senior Manager (HK$70K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 27098)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Develop Credit Analysis, Credit Research and Credit Proposal on ESG Management and Reporting issues to enhance the environmental credit performance of the Bank covering Hong Kong
- Identify ESG Credit Risk portfolio trends, delinquencies, charge-offs and other relevant risk data
- Assist in handling ESG Credit Risk policies and programmes, ensure effective implementation of the Bank’s ESG Credit Management Development
- Perform credit assessment / credit analysis / credit monitoring / credit proposal according to HKMA’s regulations / guidelines
Job Requirements
- University degree holder
- Experience in Credit Risk Management on ESG / Renewable Energy / Power / E-Mobility with Corporate Banking / Structured Finance in Banking Sectors
- Familiar with HKMA’s supervisory policy manuals will be an advantage
- Skills sets in ESG Credit Proposal, Credit Assessment, ESG Sector Research
- Knowledge in local environmental and sustainability regulations and requirements
- A Mature, detail-minded and confident team player with initiative and able to work independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational issues
- Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and liaise effectively with the various business units and supporting units
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
