Our client, A leading Private Equity firm, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Lead and execute the entire process of offshore M&A projects, including transaction structure design, due diligence, negotiation and delivery
- Work closely with intermediaries such as investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, etc. to ensure smooth transactions
- Analyse the financial status, valuation and risks of the target company and provide investment advice
- Coordinate the internal resources of the fund to ensure that the project is completed on time and in line with the fund's investment strategy
- Participate in the fund's investment decision-making and provide professional advice on transaction execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder with outstanding academic background
- More than 8 years of M&A transaction experience gained from bulge bracket investment banks
- Candidates with experience in M&A projects in the communications electronics or hard technology industries are preferred
- Excellent financial valuation analysis and communication and negotiation skills, familiar with the legal and financial framework of international M&A transactions
- Fluent in Chinese and English including Mandarin
