Our client, a leading tech growth PE firm across the region, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Lead and execute the entire process of overseas M&A projects, including transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate closely with intermediaries such as investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms to ensure smooth transaction execution
- Analyze the target company's financial status, valuation, and risks, and provide investment advice
- Coordinate internal fund resources to ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with the fund's investment strategy
- Participate in the fund's investment decision-making and provide professional advice on transaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from reputable universities is preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in overseas M&A or related fields at a top-tier investment bank, with extensive transaction execution experience
- Experience with M&A projects in the communications, electronics, or hard technology industries is preferred
- Excellent financial valuation analysis, communication, and negotiation skills, with familiarity with the legal and financial frameworks of international M&A transactions
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, and able to adapt to an international work environment
- Base in HK or Singapore
