Executive Director, Private Equity (Technology) (Ref. No.: 27658)
We are seeking an Executive Director with a strong industry background, focusing on overseas M&A projects in hard technology sectors such as communications and electronics.
Job Duties
- Conduct market research, project development, and due diligence for hard technology industries such as telecommunications and electronics.
- Collaborate with domestic entrepreneurs to facilitate the implementation of overseas M&A projects.
- Establish and maintain a network of relationships with industry experts, corporate executives, and government agencies.
- Lead project teams, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Participate in the fund's investment decisions, providing industry insights and strategic advice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in China or abroad, with a degree in telecommunications, electronics, or computer science preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in the telecommunications, electronics, or hard technology industry, possessing in-depth industry knowledge and resources.
- Candidates with successful overseas M&A or collaborative project experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to adapt to an international work environment.
