Executive Director/Vice President, Investor Relations (Ref. No.: 27852)

Lead fundraising strategy formulation and execution, drive capital raise targets and serve as the key liaison for global institutional investors.

Job Duties

  • Design and execute overall fundraising strategies for PE and M&A funds, independently driving and delivering capital raising goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective institutional LPs, managing investor communications, due diligence enquiries, and ad-hoc information requests with high professionalism and timeliness.
  • Develop and sustain high-trust, long-term strategic partnerships with global institutional investors by fully understanding their investment mandates, risk appetite and portfolio needs, and delivering tailored communication and solution alignment.
  • Lead the planning and execution of investor roadshows, AGM and other investor engagement events, ensuring high-quality presentation and seamless investor experience.
  • Collaborate closely with investment and fund management teams to translate investment strategies, portfolio performance updates, market insights and risk profiles into clear and investor-friendly communications.
  • Oversee the development of investor quarterly/annual reports, fundraising decks and external IR communication materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support firm-wide strategic IR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from top-tier universities with solid academic credentials.
  • Minimum 5 years of private equity fundraising and institutional investor relations experience; direct LP network and cross-border fundraising experience is highly preferred.
  • Solid industry knowledge of private equity and M&A investments, with genuine passion for institutional IR and capital raising business.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a proven track record of independently planning and executing high-level investor events and fundraising campaigns.
  • Outgoing, client-oriented and interpersonal savvy, with a natural ability to build credibility and maintain long-term institutional partnerships.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive Director.
