Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Develop and execute the Banking Fintech Compliance / AI Compliance Policy, Regulatory and Monitoring review programs and ensure that they are in accordance with local regulatory framework as well as the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Advise to the management and various business units on Fintech Compliance / AI Compliance Circular Review matters
- Monitor the regulatory issues on Banking Fintech / AI Banking Products and Banking Services within Hong Kong Region
Job Requirements
- University degree holder
- Solid experience in Banking Fintech, RegTech or AI Compliance Regulatory and Monitoring with Banking sector
- Good knowledge of compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
- Sound knowledge in regulatory requirements and rules issued by HKMA
- Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
