Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Initiate meetings and collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to drive the Fintech project development, implementation and business result delivery
Source, evaluate, shortlist potential technology solutions to achieve company’s Fintech adoption goals
Monitor and maintain the inventory, tracking and managing the complex business projects & pipelines with an organized manner
Nurture and establish close engagement with external innovation partners and Fintech community to drive implementation of company’s Fintech Strategy
Analyze and consolidate banking risk and compliance rules from regulatory organizations such as HKMA, SFC, etc.
Ensure the projects comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Analyze investment opportunities in perspectives of business plan, financial model, competitive landscape
Formulate and provide governance on the policies and procedures in relation to Fintech project
Prepare budgeting, financial planning and financial reports, including management reports and business control reports
Keep abreast of digital and finance market developments

University graduate, preferably major in accounting, finance or related discipline
Certified in ECF-Fintech is preferable
Minimum 5 years working experience in banking industry from recognized establishments in financial services and/or Fintech related industries with the following attributes:
- Preferable to have previous business consultation, IT project management experience in banking industry
- Good understanding of banking’s relevant policies and operational procedures
- Interested to meet with technology firms, active in exploring new business opportunities
- Good knowledge of financial planning and budget control
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient of both spoken and written English and Chinese
