Fixed Income Trader (HK$40K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 27807)
Our client, a Chinese Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Execute trading orders for fixed-income assets (bonds, deposits, certificates of deposit, convertible bonds, bills, foreign exchange, etc.), aiming for optimal execution terms;
- Monitor market dynamics and provide regular market analysis reports as required by the department;
- Assist fund managers in managing product liquidity and optimizing financing structures and costs; assist in executing repo transactions and handling fund transfer instructions with the finance department;
- Assist the product team in maintaining trading infrastructure, including the signing and updating of agreements (e.g., bills, GMRA, ISDA) and counterparty management;
- Monitor and manage trading risks; mitigate potential losses on specific positions through trading operations and prepare relevant trade tracking reports;
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in public fund trade execution;
- Possess fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance, solid trade execution skills, and the ability to form judgments on intraday market movements;
