Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- To assist in managing investment products such as credit, rates and China on / offshore bonds in bank portfolio and involve in hedging derivatives
- Collaborate closely with Portfolio Manager to implement strategies accurately
- Manage and monitor portfolio positions in Bank, P&L and market risks
- Conduct research on industry trend, market conditions and issuer credit quality to support investment activities
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; Holder of CFA is preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in financial markets analysis of trading or portfolio management
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading strategies, and risk management principles
- Sound knowledge of offshore CNH bond market and onshore RMB market
- Strong FI product expertise, government/credit bonds, Repo, TRS and Structured notes
- Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and quantitative techniques using tools like Excel, Python, or VBA will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
