Our client, a well-known bank in Hong Kong is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for providing back-office support services across the entire bank, including loan operations, remittance, settlements, collections, and other centralized processing tasks
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery the bank-wide operations with full regulatory compliance
- Direct and support operation teams to ensure all policies, procedures and manuals comply with the regulatory requirements
- Review operation processes for suitability, drives process improvements and adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency, cost control and mitigate operational risk
- Foster a strong performance culture to uphold accountability and integrity among the divisions of the bank-wide operation striving to pursue for excellence
- Manage teams to ensure business continuity and contingency plans work during incidents, coordinate with other departments to solve problems and meet bank-wide goals
Job Requirements
- University degree or above in business or relevant disciplines
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with extensive knowledge in banking operations
- In-depth understanding of bank-wide operations, workflows and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management skill
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (includes Putonghua)
