Our client, a Public Listed company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Assist supervisor to provide support of the portal
- Assist in the technical implementation of the e-form
- Assist in handling public enquiries/complaints
- Assist in handling and providing response to enquiries, complaints and suggestions, and escalate special cases timely with proper documentation
- Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
- Collect daily statistics
- Provide support to senior management and stakeholders
- To provide general helplines services
Job Requirements
- Experience in handle public enquiries/complaints is preferred
- Experience in maintaining e-form
- Competent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal techniques
- Fluency in English and Putonghua, moderate writing skill in both Chinese and English
