Helpdesk Specialist / Supervisor (HK$50 - 60K+) (Ref. No.: 26928)

Our client, a Public Listed company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Job Duties

  • Assist supervisor to provide support of the portal
  • Assist in the technical implementation of the e-form
  • Assist in handling public enquiries/complaints
  • Assist in handling and providing response to enquiries, complaints and suggestions, and escalate special cases timely with proper documentation
  • Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
  • Collect daily statistics
  • Provide support to senior management and stakeholders
  • To provide general helplines services

Job Requirements

  • Experience in handle public enquiries/complaints is preferred
  • Experience in maintaining e-form
  • Competent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal techniques
  • Fluency in English and Putonghua, moderate writing skill in both Chinese and English
