Our client, a Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Plan and implement client development and VIP activities to achieve business objectives and drive sales.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients and collectors.
- Provide a highly personalized and excusive shopping experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage potential clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of High jewellery collections, craftsmanship, and genstones.
- Assist in High Jewellery events, private viewings, and bespoke services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and luxurious customer journey.
- Support High Jewellery exhibitions, trunk shows, and private appointments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in luxury retail, preferably in High Jewellery or Fine Jewellery.
- Customer centric and desire to deliver quality and personalized customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Possesses GIA certificate is a plus.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales/Sales Associate.
