High Jewellery Manager – Luxury Brand (Ref. No.: 27115)
Our client, a well known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Plan and implement client development and VIP activities to achieve business objectives and drive sales.
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop effective strategies to acquire new clients.
- Establish strategic partnerships and provide event support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, CRM, and boutique management, to create potential client events and activities that enhance customer engagement.
- Evaluate opportunities and propose development strategies in partnership with boutique management, PR, CRM, and other corporate departments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in luxury jewelry business.
- Customer centric and desire to deliver quality and personalized customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Possesses GIA certificate is a plus.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Supervisor.
