Our client, a well known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Plan and execute client development and VIP activities to achieve business objective and drive the sales
- Identify potential business opportunities and formulate effective business strategy to acquire new clients
- Develop strategic partnership and offer event supports
- Collaborate with internal parties such as PR, CRM, boutique management teams on development of potential client events and activities; to enhance the customer engagement
- Assess potential and propose developmental opportunities in partnership with boutique management, PR, CRM and all other corporate departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in luxury jewelry business
- Customer centric and desire to deliver quality and personalized customer service
- Possesses GIA certificate is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English and Mandarin
