HR Officer, C&B – Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 27086)

Our client, a Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Execute end-to-end payroll services encompassing monthly payroll processing and final payment calculations to guarantee punctual and precise remuneration for employees.
  • Aid in managing staff benefits administration, tax filing, compensation surveys, and HR audits.
  • Coordinate with employment agencies for payroll services and administration.
  • Validate payroll information with the service provider.
  • Generate routine payroll reports and conduct ad-hoc payroll analyses for managerial assessment.
  • Offer additional Compensation and Benefits (C&B) administrative assistance and contribute to assigned ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, engagement activities, and other related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of substantial experience in payroll functions.
  • Proficiency in employment-related regulations, MPF, and tax laws.
  • Self-driven, meticulous, receptive to new ideas, and enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese communication.
