Human Resources Officer (TA & HRBP) (HK$20K - $23K) (Ref. No.: 27683)
Our client, an Insurance Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services including but not limited to arrangement of positing job advertisements, assessment and selection, staff onboarding arrangement, etc.
- Determine appropriate recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms and recruitment agencies etc.
- Prepare regular HR manpower reports and responsible for staff record maintenance
- Stay updated on industry trends and human resources best practices to improve recruitment strategies
- Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines
- 2-4 years of talent acquisitions / HRBP experience in sizable organization, exposure in financial industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and HK Employment Ordinances
- Proactive and able to work under pressure, with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
