Investor Relations Executive Director (Private Equity) (Ref. No.: 27258)

Our client, a leading Private Equity Firm, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

We are looking for an experienced IR Executive Director (ED) to be responsible for fundraising for USD Fund. The ideal candidate should have strong overseas independent fundraising capabilities and a deep understanding of PE investment. This position will report directly to the founding partner and establish and maintain relationships with potential investors globally.

Fundraising Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement fundraising strategies for USD Funds to ensure the achievement of fundraising goals.
Investor Relations Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with overseas institutional investors and family offices.
Market Analysis: Track global capital market trends and adjust fundraising strategies to adapt to market changes.
Investment Understanding and Communication: Have a deep understanding of the company's investment strategy and portfolio, and be able to clearly convey investment philosophy and performance to investors.
Teamwork: Work closely with founding partners, investment team, legal, financial, and compliance departments to ensure the smooth progress of the fundraising process.
Event organization and participation: Arrange and organize meetings and roadshows with investors, arrange or represent the company in industry conferences and other fundraising activities

Work experience: More than 5 years of fundraising experience in private equity, investment banking or related fields, with a successful record of fundraising for US dollar funds.
Overseas fundraising capabilities: Have strong independent overseas fundraising capabilities and be familiar with the needs and preferences of international investors.
Investment understanding: Have a deep understanding of PE investment and be able to communicate effectively with the investment team and investors.
Language skills: Fluent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English, other language skills will be a plus.
Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish trusting relationships with investors from different backgrounds.
Team spirit: Have a team spirit, be able to work and achieve goals in a high-pressure environment.
Education background: Bachelor degree or above from a first-class university at home or abroad.
