Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Assist in execution for IPO Projects, Pre-IPO Investments, Merger & Acquisition Projects and Financial Advisory
- Provide liaison and advisory to clients and monitor the execution process based on regulatory requirements
- Perform client pitches, documentation review, market research etc
Job Requirements
- University degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- 3 years’ experience in IPO Projects, Pre-IPO Investments, Merger & Acquisition Projects from Audit Firm IPO Team OR from Investment Banks in Hong Kong
- Experience in preparing Pitchbook
- With HKSI Qualification under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 will be preferable
- Sound knowledge in Hong Kong listing rules and takeover code
- Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
