Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Deskside Modernization & Migration Oversight: Direct end-to-end planning and hardware/software rollout for Windows desktop platforms, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), secure remote access, and end-of-support life cycle asset replacements.
Endpoint Defense & Vulnerability Mitigation: Govern endpoint security baselines, apply critical patches, troubleshoot intricate platform dependencies, and systematically eliminate identified system vulnerabilities.
Workplace Engineering & BYOD Support: Architect secure workplace enablement architectures, managing and configuring Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) tools while ensuring rigid adherence to data leak prevention (DLP) frameworks.
Cross-Functional Network & Platform Collaboration: Provide technical advice to application development squads and operations teams to streamline network connectivity, identity systems (Active Directory/M365), and automated ticketing logic.
Workflow Optimization via Emerging Tech: Proactively challenge legacy workflows to redesign and automate business-as-usual procedures utilizing Cloud, GenAI, and IoT platforms to drive organizational productivity by 30%+.
Financial Governance & Vendor Stewardship: Assist in the preparation of team operational budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and strategic technical proposals. Monitor Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external vendors to maintain rigid Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Education: University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid footprint in Microsoft Windows desktop platform management and infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a management capacity within banking or regulated financial institutions strictly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise server topologies, deskside hardware arrays, network load balancing, and secure certificate bindings. Sound awareness of Cloud, AI, and IoT integration structures is an advantage.
Credentials: Certification holders of CISSP, CISA, PMP, ITIL, or related Microsoft/VMware qualifications are highly desirable.
Attributes: Peerless analytical troubleshooting logic, strategic communication skills to present to senior management forums, and strong consensus-building negotiation attributes.
Language: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
