Junior Business Partner – HR (IANG is welcome) (HK$20K - $25K) (Ref. No.: 25135)
Our client, a sizable Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
- Partner with functional heads and business unit heads, responsible to assessing the manpower needs, formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives in meeting Business' needs.
- Carry out recruitment and selection activities including updating headcount status and prepare reports for management review.
- Plans and implement recruitment campaigns, sources and select effective recruitment channels and tools.
- Handle ad hoc staff functions.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
- At least 2 years' of working experience in recruitment function.
- Working experience gained from banking & Finance industry will be an added advantages.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation, interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
