Legal Counsel – Capital Markets (Ref. No.: 27108)
Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to the group, cover areas including but not limited to debt capital markets, structured finance, private equity, real estate investment, fund raising, etc.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the operation of the Hong Kong office, which holds Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses.
- Provide legal trainings to general staff as necessary.
- Manage external legal resources, including but not limited to law firms, agents and other service providers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with Common law jurisdiction qualified with approximately 6-8 years’ PQE is preferred.
- At least four years of solid experience in reputable law firms in Hong Kong.
- Master degree or above.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
