Manager – Agency Compensation (HK$40K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 24632)
Our client, a leading insurance company is now looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Providing quality support to all distribution channels in relation to payroll payment and licensing operations.
- Lead a team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll are timely maintained.
- Conduct payroll and related accounts reconciliation.
- Review and analyze distribution expenses.
- Perform annual taxation filing for distribution sales and responsible for IRD enquiries.
- Assist in the recommendation of and preparation of sales commission scheme and process.
- Prepare of various analytic reports for management review.
- Support and participate in compensation related projects.
- Perform UAT on system projects for new products launch and enhancement of compensation payments.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in business / finance / accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years' hands-on experience in sales compensation of insurance industry in which at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level.
- Strong communication skills with all levels within the company, analytical, sensitive to figures, and detail-minded.
- Result-oriented and able to meet the tight deadline and work under pressure.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Senior Officer
