Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Explore and solicit new mortgage loan business and achieve individual sales target for Mortgage & Secured Lending Business
- Develop referrals connection with external referral partners including property agencies, mortgage brokers and solicitors
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new client base for Mortgage & Secured Lending Business
- Increase penetration and utilization of Secured Lending Sector
Job Requirements
- High Diploma Holder / University Degree Holder
- With IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a MUST
- 3 years’ mortgage sales experience in Retail Banks is a MUST
- High degree of marketing and planning skills in Mortgage & Secured Lending Products
- A detail-minded and confident teammate with self-initiative, independent as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
