Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the provision of artwork, web design, graphic design, video development and animation applied in training materials, learning campaigns and promotions as well as support and enrichment of knowledge management.
- Create multimedia content including graphic design, website design, video shooting and editing, voice-over recording, infographic and animation. Assist in narratives and communication stories.
- Meet and liaise with teams, trainers and supervisors to design and develop internal campaign ideas, creative concepts, banners, images, animated graphics and digital learning materials to improve training experience and enhance training effectiveness.
- Review existing training materials and initiate improvement plans to adopt modern digital learning standards/practices.
- Support the full cycle of e-learning courseware design and delivery, including building and publishing modules, integrating video, interactions, and assessments.
- Adopt emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR/MR/CAVE and AI production tools) to improve production efficiency, learner engagement, and effectiveness.
- Be responsible for regular publications of digital learning resources, training courses and internal promotion materials.
- Work flexibly outside normal working hours to provide support in any company events when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Web Design, Creative Multimedia, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia design, artwork, website design, and video production.
- Hands-on experience with UX methodologies, including user journeys, ideation, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience in AI-powered video production and e-learning development (AICC, SCORM), LMS integration, basic web application development.
- Strong skills in graphic design, animation, and typography with a good aesthetic sense and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual content.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), SharePoint, HTML. 3D modelling is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
