Multiple vacancies: Senior Business Analyst/System Analyst/AP (Bank/Gov, 20-60K)

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

[ANALYST PROGRAMMER / SYSTEM ANALYST]

Involve in programming works on internal systems and government/banking projects.
Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation, and detailed design work.
Participate in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testings (UAT).
Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time and ensure quality of deliverables.

[SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST / BUSINESS ANALYST]

Perform comprehensive business and user requirement analysis.
Liaise between business users and IT units to ensure requirements are accurately defined and implemented.
Formulate test plans and lead UAT and regression testing.
Provide dedicated technical and operational support to business users.
Manage end-to-end IT project implementation, monitoring progress, and resolving roadblocks.
Oversee project budgets and the procurement process.
Participate in risk analysis for new product launches.

[FOR AP / SA ROLE]

Higher Diploma or Degree in IT or related disciplines.
Good experiences in Web Developer OR Java, J2EE, Java Framework.
Exposure on Database such as Oracle, MySQL.
Knowledge or exposure on CLOUD platform would be great but not a must.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for System Analyst; Fresh graduates or those with less experience are welcome as Analyst Programmer / Junior Programmer.
Self-initiated and hardworking.

[FOR SENIOR BA / BA ROLE]

Degree holder in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis for Senior level; candidates with lesser experience or less banking exposure will be considered as Business Analyst.
Background in FX related products / Credit Card / Corporate Banking or Global Custodian Services is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of the SDLC, data flow, and UAT processes.
Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
