Operational Risk Manager, Banking (HK$40K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 27202)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for Chinese Operational Risk Management Policy and Framework reporting to China Head Office
- Involve in Operational Risk Programs and execute ORM tools for the Bank
- Provide advisory to various Business Units of the Bank on operational risk / control issues
- Conduct assessment projects and reporting related to operational risk management
- Manage RCSA processes
- Analyze data and monitor systems for operational risks and prepare risk management reports
- Participate in coordination and liaison with respective parties related to on risk control / mitigation measures
Job Requirements
- University degree holder is a MUST
- 7 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management with Banks in Hong Kong is a MUST
- Good Chinese Writing in Operational Risk Management Policy, Framework, Programs
- Sound knowledge in HKMA Regulatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative, self-motivated and proactively managed
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
