PMO Manager (HK$65K - $70K) (Ref. No.: 27055)
Our client, an IT Vendor, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including resource allocation, budget management, and performance reporting
- Define and fine-tune project methodology to effectively control project and assure quality outcomes
- To improve and standardise IT governance policies, procedures and tools used by the team.
- Drive project delivery proactively by balancing scope, schedule, budget and resources
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on project management best practices
- Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer science, information technology, business administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project and / or PMO function
- Prefer experience in the area of customer relationship management (CRM)
- Experience in managing onshore and offshore teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and programs
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- PMP or other relevant project management certification
- Experience in project management and / or IT planning is an advantage
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Specialist
