• In-depth knowledge of firewalls, IPS, auditing, vulnerability scanning, bastion hosts, EDR, CWPP, etc.
• Development trends of security products and provide high-frequency scenario hotspot.
• Enhance the capabilities of network and cloud security products, collect information from industry competitors’ products, and assist product managers in producing analysis materials.
• Product operations & cost pricing: Responsible for defining operational target, collecting and analyzing security operational data, and producing operational analysis reports.

Security Product Enhancement:

• Based on the department’s key security product tasks, complete commercial deployment of traffic-based protection capabilities from the security capability pool, deploy SASE capabilities, and optimize and promote WAF products.
• Create a functional list based on customer requirements and develop targeted solutions.

Marketing and Business Collaboration:

• Develop marketing expansion plans for key industries and niche markets based on the company’s security business development strategy.
• Familiarize yourself with industry partner resources and demonstrate the ability to expand through ecosystem collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Any AWS / Azure / GCP / AliCloud / Huawei Cloud / CCNA or equivalent certifications.
• Preferred experience with major cloud providers and security vendors; familiarity with industry-standard security products and solutions, including understanding of system architecture, underlying technologies, and functionalities.
• Excellent teamwork, professionalism, and ability to organize and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration in large-scale projects. Industry knowledge and overseas business experience are a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Preferred certifications: CISP, CISSP, PMP; familiarity with GDPR, CSF, RMF, and other security standards and frameworks.
