Project Assistant / Officer, Finance System Project (HK$23K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 27508)
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Assist in Finance system project, including preparing UAT test plans and test cases based on documented business requirements.
- Execute UAT test cases, record results, and report defects in a structured manner.
- Work closely with senior analysts and IT teams to validate fixes and retest as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test progress and outcomes for audit and compliance purposes.
- Provide feedback on system usability and identify potential improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance operation (e.g. AR, reconciliation), business analysis or system testing.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and AML processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAT methodologies and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing procedures.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
