Our client is a Public Utility Company, they are urgently seeking Network Management professional to join them.
Job Duties
- Manage and monitor project delivery lifecycle for design and construction office projects
- Plan, design and implement the digital workplace transformation program to modernize the workplace infrastructure and services in design and construction offices
- Manage technology partners, vendors and construction contractors to deliver the required services
- Direct technological research on network areas by studying the latest technologies and providing recommendations on network roadmap (e.g. SASE adoption)
- Complete network projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers
- Verify project application results by conducting impact analysis of technologies implemented
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information control structures
- Drive network enhancement projects to minimize unplanned downtime and fast
- Leverage in-depth technical domain knowledge to drive quick incident resolution and continuous process improvement
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contribute to motivating positive team culture to drive high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 8 years of IT relevant experience of which 2+ years in similar capacity
- CCIE / CCNP certification is preferable
- Familiar with Cisco, H3C, Huawei switches and WIFI technology
- 5+ years project management experience to run network related project to large campus network environment
- 5+ years experience in driving complex network incident troubleshooting to large network environment
- Good in teamworking, problem solving, communication skill and stakeholder management
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory
