Project Manager (Renovation & Relocation) (HK$40K - $50K) (Ref. No.: 27635)
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan
- Delivering the renovation on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications
- Perform design & pre-construction management
- Develop and manage phasing, swing space, and relocation plans
- Coordinate staff movement between floors / zones
- Coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring continuous business operations throughout phased renovations
- Managing risks, safety, and compliance
- Providing clear reporting and acting as the single accountable party for execution
Job Requirements
- Manager grade seniority preferred, or equivalent experience leading complex projects
- Proven experience managing large scale office renovation projects
- Demonstrated success in live environment renovations involving significant user populations
- Strong skills in schedule, cost, and risk management
- Experience coordinating architects, designers, contractors, and internal departments
- CAD capability is required, including
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with local building, fire, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
