Project Manager / System Analyst – GIS / 3D Modeling (HK$50K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 26201)
Our client, a public unity, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Act as project manager to design, implement and maintain application systems. Develop user requirement specification, functional design specifications for developers or contractors based on business requirement.
- Coordinate with users and vendors for project implementation.
- Manage external contractors to ensure delivery of quality solutions that effectively address the business needs.
- Review external contractors’ progress, manage contractors’ software design and development quality to ensure the implementation of appropriate application architecture, standards and best practices in the development activities; including documentation, design, programming, testing, installation and implementation.
- Assist Manager, IT, to conduct study and assessment to set roadmap for 3D Reality Model and EGIS internal application map evolution and adoption of related technology.
- Post project support for the system developed to ensure smooth system operations by providing instruction and expert advice to first level support staff.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT field.
- Solid project management experience in GIS or 3D modeling projects is preferable.
- Proven application development and support experience in large scale enterprise systems.
- Sound knowledge in GIS, 3D modeling, Internet, cloud, web and JEE technology.
- Good knowledge in Unity, BIM and ESRI products.
- Good business sense, good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good team player and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
