Receptionist (Bank) (HK$20K - $23K) (Ref. No.: 26268)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Perform front desk management activities while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette
  • Responsible for handling internal and external phone enquiries and call transfer
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Identify the type of meeting and coordinate conference room schedule and setup
  • Provide office administrative support including office sundries purchasing and housekeeping
  • Assist any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1- 2 years' experience as a Receptionist with some exposure within the administration field
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, pleasant personality and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua
