Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Perform general receptionist duties including handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, conference room arrangement, courier and mail arrangement.
- Provide office administrative support including procurement of office stationery and equipment maintenance.
- Provide general administration support to different departments.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High Diploma or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in finance industry.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Professional telephone manner, good communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Experience in a Chinese financial institution is highly preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin.
