Our client, a Leading Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
- Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews
- Determine appropriate recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms and recruitment agencies etc.
- Collaborate with HRBP and management to understand recruitment needs
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and human resources best practices to improve recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- University graduate or above
- 6 years+ experience in Talent Acquisitions in banking / financial industry
- Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation
- Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
