Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Act as a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities.
Formulate and implement investment strategies that are consistent with the company's overall objectives.
Responsible for fund applications to promote the issuance of funds, act as a fund manager, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements stipulated by the regulator (SFC). Monitor investment operations and portfolio performance to achieve the fund's investment objectives.
Monitor trading activities and conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Conduct comprehensive research on bond investments to guide strategic decisions.
Lead product authorization work, work closely with the SFC to obtain necessary approvals, build a fund operation system, and formulate and organize the implementation of relevant policies for fund operations.
Develop and maintain good business relationships with investors and issuers.
Coordinate and organize road shows and investor meetings.
Prepare internal records, pitch materials, marketing materials.

Bachelor / Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting or equivalent.
Qualified holder of SFC Responsible Officer for Type 4 and 9.
Minimum 5 years experience in portfolio management.
Good experience in managing open-ended funds or private equity funds as well as fundraising.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a quick learner who can work under pressure with a detail-oriented mindset.
Good written and verbal communication capabilities in both English and Mandarin.
