Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- As Responsible Officer for Insurance Broker License activity and Insurance Compliance under Insurance Business
- Independently manage Insurance Broker License including renewal for the agency license application
- Setup Insurance Broker Business platform and operations to ensure the company policies, statutory rules and regulations is in compliance
- Perform forecasting and scheduling to optimized operations, assist in writing and maintaining documentation of all operations, policies, and procedures, including operational and risk control procedures
- Participate in formulation of Insurance Broker Business Management including operations manual, procedures, control, KPI and Client Servicing Management etc.
- Develop up-to-date policies and guidelines on Operational Programs for Insurance Broker Business
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Finance / Marketing / Business Administration / Economics
- Current holder of Responsible Officer Licenses for Insurance Business is a MUST
- Proven experience in getting an Insurance Broker License for the agency license application
- Track record as a Core Contact Person in liaising with the Insurance Authority
- Good knowledge of Insurance Products and compliance regulations
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to relate to people at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
