Job Duties
- Provide in-store coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client experience.
- Deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with operational and merchandising guidelines.
- Model luxury service behaviors and assist with customer escalations.
Job Requirements
- 5 years in high-end retail, with a background in coaching, training, or store management.
- Strong track record in luxury / clienteling sales environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and trends.
