Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and brand objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized service and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of top talent within the retail team.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience 8+ years in luxury retail management, preferably in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the luxury clientele.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
