Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for business improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in luxury retail management, preferably in a similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail market, trends, and customer behavior.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
