Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability, and brand objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized service and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to execute brand initiatives and maintain consistency.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of retail staff to build a strong talent pipeline.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of luxury client expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
